I strive to get orders out within 1-3 business days of when the order was placed. Shipping time varies based on USPS/UPS and on your location. Please note that I only ship within the United States.
During hot summer months (May-August depending on weather), I will only ship packages on Mondays and Tuesdays. This is to reduce the chances of your candle or melts sitting in the back of a hot truck over the weekend.
If I am experiencing a high volume of orders or any processing delays, I will announce this on the website and/or Instagram.
If your package is lost: make sure your address was entered correctly. Give USPS/UPS a couple of extra days in case they are behind before reaching out to them to report that your package is missing.
If your candle(s) arrive with broken jars or are damaged in transit: I am sorry to hear that! Please email me at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the damaged order. I will offer to refund your order or send you a replacement at no additional cost.
If your candle arrives a little melted: This is ok! Some softening or melting during transit time, especially in summer, is normal and not a big deal, although it may cause some visual imperfections. Just let the candle come to room temperature before burning so that it does not burn too quickly from being softened by the outdoor heat!
